Life in the Hamilton House

Life in the Hamilton House. Saturday, October 11, 2014. We took our little (17 month old! Pumpkin to the pumpkin patch today. It brought back a bunch of memories from this time last year and encouraged reminiscing. We had a good time and so did Eleanor! She enjoyed tromping through the mud and getting dirty. Tied for favorite part of the day, though, was riding in the wheelbarrow and eating fresh-popped kettle corn! We don't give her too many sweets, so the kettle corn was a special treat. Here are some ...

The Chronicles of Kristen. My Life and Everything in it! Long, (not really) Awaited Update. Well, I realize it has been many a month since I have updated my blog. Even though I take some time to add pictures from my phone here and there, my writing has waned. I am going to try to make a commitment to post much more often. I was thinking about doing a month-by-month update but that may take a while, so I'm just going to do a bulk update with pictures on many things that have occurred in the past few months.

Life in the Hague | the adventures of an American living with a Dutchie

Life in the Hague. The adventures of an American living with a Dutchie. New York City – Dutchified (Or: Ravensburger puzzle, 1000 pieces). March 31, 2018. For Christmas I was gifted a Ravensburger puzzle. From Roger. It was made from a good quality – even using “soft lock technology” apparently. I found it interesting that the puzzle used a dark blue backing instead of the light gray backing that most puzzles use. There were two minor weird things with this puzzle:. It makes for really easy storage. ...

Julie's Thoughts

Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Tuesday, the kids had their closing concert. Let me tell ya, the girls' "haircuts" were not easy to hide! I didn't want either of them to get teased because of their weird hair. I was able to hide most of the hack job with thick headbands and LOTS of barrettes. I was pretty pleased with the final outcome. I also curled their hair for the concert. The kids did so good singing! I absolutely love the concerts the academy puts on! Monday, May 18, 2015. We were waaaaay off course....

Hallway Talk

Monday, July 9, 2007. Acacia has grown in her first two bottom teeth, and it hasn't been easy. The past three nights she has woken up every hour screaming. Not even crying, just screaming and grinding her gums, regardless of ibprofin and tylenol. I feel bad because her voice is very raspy and hoarse but it is so cute! Anyway she has also started crawling! Friday, June 1, 2007. Acacia has her first two teeth coming in! Thursday, May 24, 2007. Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Acacia is really starting to discover ...

Life In The Hands Of. Sunday, April 24, 2011. It's About Time Right? Something like that. But boy was it fun! It wasn't for that long. Just for two days. But it was pretty cool to see her. Especially when I don't know the next time I'll see her again! Cherise, if you are reading this, tell Karl that he better not keep you away from us! Woot woot, bonus! So, Michelle and Cherise kinda sorta attacked my bangs. These suckers will take some getting used to but oh well. I'll live. Monday, November 1, 2010.
