I felt really good this week and was able to actually run twice (and not just do a walk/jog) and take a Clocked class at System of Strength. 45 min cardio (30 min Spinning 15 min step mill) core workout. Taught 1 hr Spin/TRX. 3 mi (9:41 pace) 30 min strength/cardio circuit. Thursday, August 6, 2015. Enjoying the Summer Weather. On Saturday morning, Lucy and I met my parents at Adventure Park in Powell for KidsFest. Admiring her monkey in a tree balloon. She was so excited about this thing! Spinning the wheel to win a prize. There was a bounce house there as well as this huge slide so I went down the slide with her. Waiting in line with Grandma and Grandpa. Climbing up the stairs to the top. It was a lot steeper and faster than I thought it would be. We made it to the bottom!
