After partitioning the disks when I installed CentOS 5.6, it gave me the following error message:. 8220;Your boot partition is on a disk using the GPT partitioning scheme but this machine cannot boot using GPT”. I searched the solution on the net, and someone said the protected MBR GPT partition entire needs to be deleted.

I could use LVS, ldirectord, and heartbeat to implement load balancing, but I find there is another more easy way which is Redhat’s piranha. You need not configure four configuration files, instead of only one which can be configured by web-based tool. My lab environment was similar to my last post. Unable to open logs.
