Stuff about me.my life.my family.but mostly my kid. Wednesday, November 24, 2010. The show was over last weekend. Our director worked it out that with rehearsals and six weeks of shows, we spent roughly 150 hours together. It took up a ton of time (thank you for all the babysitting, Auntie Anne and Nana! And it was stressful but it was also SO MUCH FUN. Now I'm going through show withdrawal and feeling down. I can't wait for the next show. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. The end of an era. Had to drive out to take my dad to a couple of doctor's appointments and it's summer now, so I had to take Ellie with me. Walking back to the car, Ellie did a cartwheel. My dad was impressed, so I told him that she was into gymnastics. Here's the conversation that followed as we got back into the car and drove him home. Dad: A gymnast, huh? Dad: Yeah. Awful.
