I am always looking for quick and easy week night suppers and this one is a real winner. I leave out the crust as we are trying to limit our carb intake, but for a treat I would include it. This recipe is from Pick N Pay’s website, they have really great ideas for all sorts of dietary requirements and I love the ingredients are usually things I have at home anyway. 100g savoury cheese biscuits.

I absolutely adore the chill in the air and cannot wait to pack away the summer wardrobe and wear a few different items. I am lucky enough to work in a very relaxed environment so most of my wardrobe is quite casual. YAY for jeans and sneakers. This is just some of my autumn inspiration! Apart from the usual back to school and back to work stress, the biggest issue this year has to be my fear of #dayzero. Guys it paralyses me and literally makes me sick to my stomach to think about.
