Swan-S Grove Farms: Something to Report
http://tamerasvanes.blogspot.com/2010/01/something-to-report.html
Life on my North Dakota dairy goat farm. Monday, January 18, 2010. Sorry for the loooooong absence. We had a really tough summer/fall season. I lost several goats and it was JUST too depressing to blog about it. I suppose I should have because maybe something that I went through could have helped someone. Perhaps some day when it's not so raw, I will blog about it. Nevertheless, I have some wonderful things to report now. We had five doelings and one buckling, all born yesterday. What a blessing! Family ...

Swan-S Grove Farms: July 2009
http://tamerasvanes.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Life on my North Dakota dairy goat farm. Saturday, July 25, 2009. Haven't Been Online For a While. I've been running around the country the last several days! I decided that I needed a little break from mommy-hood and so I took my three youngest to visit Grandma Grace in Kansas. I left Olivia here to do all the chores by herself and she did a WONDERFUL job. I can't believe how grown up she's getting. Is there a certain something that I need to click, or unclick? Links to this post. Thursday, July 16, 2009.

Swan-S Grove Farms: Sophi Caught a Cloud
http://tamerasvanes.blogspot.com/2010/01/sophi-caught-cloud.html
Life on my North Dakota dairy goat farm. Saturday, January 23, 2010. Sophi Caught a Cloud. This morning, my daughter Sophia went out with me to do a few chores. She found this chunk of ice and icicles that had fallen from the chicken coop (in the background) and I thought as she held it over her head that it looked as if she was standing under a cloud with rain falling around her. What a funny sight. Well, here's hoping that things are going well at your homestead. February 2, 2010 at 7:43 AM. Thanks for...

Swan-S Grove Farms: One Tired Goat-Keeper
http://tamerasvanes.blogspot.com/2010/01/one-tired-goat-keeper.html
Life on my North Dakota dairy goat farm. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. So, we've had 10 kids in 24 hours. Liv and I are tuckered out. Little Miss Sophi has been helping us, too. After the 5AM feeding this morning, this little doeling (our miracle kid, Bella) decided that she was lonely, so Liv went back out to the barn and brought her in the house. She thought that she needed just a little bit more milk, then she and her "momma" settled down for a nap. January 19, 2010 at 11:47 AM. I love this picture!

http://tamerasvanes.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Life on my North Dakota dairy goat farm. Thursday, August 6, 2009. When It Rains, It Pours. Well, I had an interesting day today. It started in the usual way.I was up around 5:45 or so and chatting online with one of my best friends. Then, Dana got up and needed some help because we were taking delivery of our new Tempur-Pedic. By the time that I got to Bismarck, a nice older man honked at a stop light and when I rolled the window down, he said, "One of your tires is really low! Tomorrow, early, we're go...
