Radically Refocusing: June 2012
http://thearenders.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 7, 2012. Recently I have gotten on this big kick of making things myself - Pinterest has, I'm sure, contributed! One of my BIGGEST hobbies is saving money. I mean seriously. big. hobby! Just ask my husband. It's a good thing, and he likes it, but sometimes I get a little obsessive. Ha! I've made homemade laundry soap, and some other cleaning supplies. Photo (my 11x14 was $5.84 at Wal-Mart). Canvas (got two 11x14 canvases for $3.60 @ Hobby Lobby). After the paint dried, I did a final coat o...

Radically Refocusing: January 2011
http://thearenders.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 31, 2011. So, today I saw something that I must say, I don't think I ever remember seeing in Oklahoma. But first, our weekend! Anthony (Timothy's brother) and Adrian along with their two girls got to come down for a visit this weekend. The weather was in the high 70's Friday, and Saturday was very nice as well. Here's a few pics (I didn't take very many). The girls fed a whole loaf of bread to the ducks at Bricktown - and Ashlyn was quite taken with the ducks! Thursday, January 27, 2011.

Mason Highlights: April 2013

Saturday, April 20, 2013. Our First Weekend Back Home. One of the first things we noticed when we arrived home was the appearance of our yard. It never was anything to write home about in the first place, but now it was barren of grass and had unsightly clumps of weeds throughout it. This was thanks to a few extremely hot months with no rain, as well as not having it regularly taken care of in our absence. So what do we do? I think our beautiful palm tree has about "bit the dust! Sunday evenings we usual...

Radically Refocusing: Modest swimwear
http://thearenders.blogspot.com/2012/04/modest-swimwear.html
Tuesday, April 24, 2012. This is a different post.but one I'm very excited to share! Most of you probably have already found this site, but it's new to me. And since this is my blog, I get to be excited and "share" it with ya'll who know all about it! Timothy and I were talking about modest swimwear just a few days ago. And, one morning when he left at a very ungodly hour for work, I went to my trusty search engine, and here's what I found! Drum roll please. :). Hadlee already has hers picked out! Modest...

Radically Refocusing: March 2011
http://thearenders.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 17, 2011. I'm having an extremely unusual moment here at home - both kids are in their rooms resting! Tanner is napping, and Hadlee wanted to rest also. So I'm sitting here with a piece of cake and an icy mug of milk. lol Now, on to my post. I'm a normal mom I think. Current events, world news, Middle East rioting, terrible natural disasters - all of this is all over the news. Then there's also the U.S. issues (which is what my current story is about! How are we going to survive? I wasn't...

Mason Highlights: March 2013
http://themichaelmasonfamily.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 23, 2013. Soit's been forever since I posted! How is it that time can slip so quickly out of our grasp? I've been wanting to do some "posts in review" so that everyone can be up to date with all the highlights from the past 8 months or so, but I've had a hard time knowing where to begin. I guess that's what happens when you get so far behind! For now, I'll just do this short post with the condensed version of our current plans. These last few months have been a time of much needed rest an...

http://themichaelmasonfamily.blogspot.com/2014/01/capturing-december-day-31.html
Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Capturing December: Day 31. New Year's Eve }. Yesterday was the last day for these Capturing December. It's actually been quite a challenge to do something unique or (hopefully) interesting every day! Today I just want to share about our New Year's Eve service we held last night in the mountains at our church in Santo Domingo. A small group from our Tapachula church also drove up to join us. Below is a fuzzy pic that we got that will give you a little idea of what we saw!
