Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Kateen and I journeyed to San Francisco to see some of the sights and check out the city. Really fun, energetic city is my first impression. We had great weather, good transportation karma, and met really fun people. Definetely a worthwhile trip. Kateen on the famous trolley's. Grace Cathedral- the replica "Gates of Paradise" doors are located here- really neat to see. Pier 39 - the sea lions are huge! The reflective full moon over the pier. The start of the day at the Space needle - I have to admit it was pretty cool to see the views of the city and check out some of the interactive computer stuff (technical term) they had:). Here we are in sculpture park.the discussion was revolving around whether or not the big black thing could really be called "art". I was impressed by the layout, seattle design, and forward thinking of the library.
