Don't be anyone else. Day 6-7 Hierarchy Diet. October 31, 2016. I’m slowing down a bit aren’t I? My bad. I do want to say I that my body is definitely changing. I’m fitting in more clothes and I’m feeling great from the inside out. What I want to say is that now that I’ve gone through a week of this diet, it can definitely be achievable to be at my target weight by the end as long as I don’t hit a wall and slowly increase workout intensity. I can’t really say it was easy, because the temptation of fast food was tapping my shoulder, but it wasn’t super hard either. So I heard that an effective tip to help aid weight loss is to not eat food after 7pm. Has anyone tried it? I usually eat anywhere between 6-9pm, I don;t exactly have a set dinner time. I woke up REALLY early this morning, and since I didn’t have school today, I decided to get some early morning exercise in rather than sleep in a bit,….weird huh? I’D LOVE TO KNOW!
