Onsdag 4 juli 2012. Sitter och funderar lite på vad vi ska äta ikväll. Denna eviga fråga, haha! Alltid när man hittar nått gott så är de ju såklart alltid nån. Viktig ingrediens som fattas. Har fastnat på spenatsoppa me kokta ägg men de kan man. Ju inte äta varje dag. lr? De va ju nyligen nån forskning om att spenat bygger. Muskler mer än va man trott förut,. Men ja antar att man borde träna samtidigt då, fniss*. Två regninga dagar i rad får en verkligen att tappa allt. Och ha tvn på. skäms*. Så kan de va.
