After a while I started to get a feeling that I have to start again with a good recipe. Today is my sweet daughter's birthday.I did a cake for her.I start blogging with this beautiful cake :). Butter - 1 cup. All purpose flour(Maida)- 3 cups. Vanilla Extract- 2 tsp. 2 9*3 inch cake pans. Ready to use Butter cream.

All that I have learnt and tried. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Red Rice Sweet Puttu. Red rice puttu mix - 1/2 cup. Scraped coconut - 4 teaspoon. Ghee - 4 teaspoon. Sugar - 6 teaspoon. Salt - as needed. Take the puttu mix in a vessel; sprinkle salt mixed water and blend well so that no small balls are formed. Take the puttu vessel; fill it alternately with coconut and puttu mix. Then shift the puttu to a vessel, add ghee and sugar and mix well. Same procedure of cooking for white puttu. Raw rice - 1 1/2 cup.
