A Dream Can Be ...: Back To England
http://malcolmheaven.blogspot.com/2006/05/back-to-england.html
A Dream Can Be . A traveller's tale from desert to peaks. Sunday, May 07, 2006. A child on a farm looks up to the sky, sees a plane and dreams of a far away place. A man on a plane looks at the the farm and dreams of home". Today I am that man, but it wont be to long before once again I am that child! I have exactly the same feeling every time I go away. Welcome back home :-). I've just figured out how to comment on this! It's Crystal) And that's quite a beautiful feeling. : ). Maybe after I retire.

A Dream Can Be . A traveller's tale from desert to peaks. Saturday, April 29, 2006. This place has to go down as one of the most beautiful cities I have visited. Set high into the Andes, a wonderful mix of cathedrals, churches, old colonial buildings, and some very old Inca walls. It also has more restaurants, bars and shops than you can imagine. I spent the day wandering, exploring, browsing and buying. Once again it feels as though I´ve moved from the ancient world to the modern world. Match Of The Day.

A Dream Can Be . A traveller's tale from desert to peaks. Thursday, May 04, 2006. Back To Cusco . And back to Mama Afrikas for another wild night. Probably best I don't go into detail but special mention for Kathryn, Angel (he's a guy), Roseanna and especially Fiorella. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It Takes Two To Tango. Back To Cusco . On The Trail Of The Incas. Snakes, Spiders and Creepy Crawlies. The World Thru Malc's Eyes. Watching The Sun Go Down.
A Dream Can Be ...: Boca Juniors

A Dream Can Be . A traveller's tale from desert to peaks. Sunday, May 07, 2006. Home of Maradona, and the best footie team in Argentina. The stadium itself is called the Chocolate Bowl which suggests something it isn't. It's intimidating, hostile, noisy and has 60,000 fans baying for blood in scenes similar to that of a Roman coliseum. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It Takes Two To Tango. Back To Cusco . On The Trail Of The Incas. Snakes, Spiders and Creepy Crawlies. The World Thru Malc's Eyes.
A Dream Can Be ...: Stop The Plane
http://malcolmheaven.blogspot.com/2006/05/stop-plane.html
A Dream Can Be . A traveller's tale from desert to peaks. Tuesday, May 02, 2006. The plane that should have left at 11am decided to go at 9.30am at which point I was still on the canoe heading upstream! Being the one and only flight of the day things didn't look good until the tour guide radioed aheadand got them to hold the plane for an hour . yep 100 passengers had to wait for me to arrive . how cool was that. Somehow I cannot imagine British Airways or Easyjet doing the same! It Takes Two To Tango.

Wednesday, 1 February 2012. Phrases and words I dislike. Here are some phrases and words that irk me with explanations for why. I used to like this word and now I hate it. This is because, without wishing to offend, it is now drastically over-used by a certain type of person. It is not uncommon to walk into a pub now and hear this type of person mention the word banter more than 100 times in 1 visit. 'Check out Hamilton's banter', 'Does Francis have good banter? What's Leo's banter like? I'm all for youn...

Occasional ruminations on books, art, films, music . La Revue des Livres. Arts and Letters Daily. London Review of Books. Monday, 18 September 2017. Jerry is a literary agent; Emma runs an art gallery; Robert is a publisher. Emma and Robert are married and Jerry is Robert's best friend, but Emma and Jerry have a seven-year affair and Robert has secrets of his own.'. By the end we see it starts as a drunken declaration and fizzles out in boredom. Was there love along the way? Perhaps easier then than now&...
