Thursday, August 13, 2009. Keara Lynn was born Aug 1 weighing 6lbs 5 oz and was 19.5 inches long. I made it to 40 weeks ( with Asher I only made it 36) and the VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) was successful! I feel really good and would have to say the second time around is a lot easier. Though this isn't the most flattering picture of me, I thought that Keara looked adorable so wide awake :). Oh she is so stinkin cute! August 13, 2009 at 9:07 PM. What a cutie pie! Sunday, May 22, 2011. Our house has nice hardwood floors in all the rooms except the bedrooms and bathrooms, but unfortunately the movers didn't understand the concept of moving pads and left some nice scratches in the floor when they moved us in last year. Imagine this, but ALL OVER. I knew there was going to be a period of time when we couldn't walk on the floors while it was drying, so I made sure to get it all done before X came home. If you haven't ever been to a murder mystery party, basically everyone dresses up and acts like their assigned character, and you follow the mystery in a pseudo-scripted/-improved activity to discover who the murder is (sometimes you are the murderer and you don't even know it until the very end)! Wednesday, February 2, 2011. JP and I took a little trip to LA and San Francisco for our 14th Anniversary. It was great to be alone, together for a couple of days. Of course, we planned our trip around food, family and sleep! We also went to a live taping of the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in Hollywood. HILARIOUS!
