Ever since Graham was able, it's been his job to empty the trash and line the trash can with a new bag.He never complained about actually having to do it, but there was a complaint or two about how hard it is to get the bag out of the can. Insert Clever Title Here: November 2010
http://blog.deeperside.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Insert Clever Title Here. Tuesday, November 2, 2010. As I’m sitting here trying to work, I can hear the big city truck in front of my house loading up huge parts of our trees that we had trimmed yesterday. It needed to be done. These trees were overgrown and out of control and needed a bit of a makeover. But as relieved as I should be and glad for the update to our house, I am sad. I am sad and I realize something about myself that I have prided myself on being just the opposite all these years. In that ...

Insert Clever Title Here: What Works For Us- It Keeps Getting Better
http://blog.deeperside.com/2011/08/in-honor-of-our-anniversary-today-i.html
Insert Clever Title Here. Saturday, August 13, 2011. What Works For Us- It Keeps Getting Better. In honor of our anniversary today, I asked Randy 10 questions about what makes our marriage tick. What's the best thing about being married (in general, not just to me)? As close as we are, knowing how often I disappoint you and let you down. You see me at all my worst times, and after 17 years, you know most of my mistakes even before I make them. What's the biggest challenge? That's like saying name your fa...

Insert Clever Title Here: Prayer and Target
http://blog.deeperside.com/2011/09/prayer-and-target.html
Insert Clever Title Here. Friday, September 16, 2011. It was not a great start to the day. Later that morning, as I was cleaning out my inbox on my computer, I ran across an old email that reminded me of a painful experience from a long time ago. It's amazing how just when you think you've moved on, a reminder of a difficult time just punches you in the face and suddenly I'm weighed down with that old feeling of not being good enough. The smell of freshly popped popcorn? Yes, yes, yes and yes. It would'v...

http://correira.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Checking in with the Correiras. Saturday, June 26, 2010. Nate needs to eat and John needs to set up a way to watch the US soccer game, so I will update more later. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Here are some photos from Nate's one-month birthday. I made him a cake and John and I sang "Happy Birthday" to him for the first time. He didn't see the big deal of it but we certainly did. Here are some random shots from the past two and a half weeks. Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://correira.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Checking in with the Correiras. Saturday, May 15, 2010. Nathan is a week old today! Here are some stats about Nathan:. Nathan was 7 lbs 10 oz at birth and 21 inches long. Nathan "shrunk" at his first pediatrician's visit to 20 inches long since the swelling in his head from pushing went down. Nathan has some hair that looks brown and some that looks blond with a really light patch of it at the crown of his head. Nathan's nickname is "Nate". His favorite book is "Oh the Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss.

http://keepingupwiththepowells.blogspot.com/2010/11/im-big-boy-now-potty-training.html
Keeping Up With the Powells. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. I'm A Big Boy Now: The Potty Training Chronicles. Finally, after weekend upon weekend of exciting fun, we actually had a weekend on the calendar where nothing was scheduled. No guests, no activities, nothing. Which NEVER happens. So we decided to take advantage of the downtime to do something extremely fun: POTTY TRAINING. And kept plowing through! So we pushed through. I was fully planning on putting him back in pull-ups overnight, even though i...

Keeping Up With the Powells: July 2010
http://keepingupwiththepowells.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Keeping Up With the Powells. Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Every time I begin a new blog post, I feel the need to apologize. For my ridiculously long absence. EVERY time. So again, my apologies for the extended hiatus. After we got back to Kentucky, we relaxed a little and took some time to hang out with family. My old roomate Laura and her husband even got to come down to visit for a few days, and we had fun winning money at Churchill Downs! After all of our many stops and almost a month of being in beds and ...

Keeping Up With the Powells: Hoppy Easter!
http://keepingupwiththepowells.blogspot.com/2012/04/hoppy-easter.html
Keeping Up With the Powells. Monday, April 16, 2012. Yes, after a very, very, very long hiatus, here is a blog post for you. How long will this motivation last? There's no telling. We'll just cross our fingers and hope for the best. So instead of catching up on the last year and some change, we're just gonna start with Easter. We had 2 handsome men to participate in the festivities this year! We did the annual Easter basket finding, and then it was off to church. The good part was the afternoon. View my ...
