论坛邀请了三位行业专家，分别是广东省低碳产业技术协会常务副秘书长、国家人保社培训中心 国家碳资产管理师培训班 主要负责人、中山大学地球环境与地球资源研究中心低碳发展咨询部部长 陈锦焕部长、南德认证检测 中国 有限公司广州分公司 黄忠主任、东莞理工学院广东高校化工清洁生产与绿色化学品工程技术开发中心 李翠丹工程师。 论坛上，广东省低碳产业技术协会常务副秘书长、国家人保社培训中心 国家碳资产管理师培训班 主要负责人、中山大学地球环境与地球资源研究中心低碳发展的陈锦焕部长做了报告 碳市场与碳资产管理 ，在报告中详述了碳市场形成的时代背景，分析我国和广东省推出的一系列的政策对于碳排放权的支持与推动情况，国内碳交易平台的建设情况，碳排放权的交易现状，碳产品 CCER 的开发与碳资产运营的注意事项。 黄忠主任还对广东的碳交易市场各行业碳资产的经营模式进行分析，50%企业进行碳交易单纯为了实现碳排放目标 当企业出现多余配额时，54%的企业选择储存所有盈余配额，只有11%的企业选择卖掉所有盈余配额 大部分企业并无交易策略 大型电力集团、大型钢铁集团和石化行业均倾向于内部协议转移余额或储存余额。
