There are four spacious guest rooms. All rooms have private bath. Three have clawfoot tubs with shower, one has a shower only. All have Wi-Fi service and iPod docks. The rooms are large and bright; most have sofas and water views. The wide pine flooring has been restored to its original state. All rooms have bathrobes, reading material to suit every taste, french truffles and toiletries. All mattresses are pillow top or memory foam and have down duvets, Frette linens and local quilts.

Most activities are within walking distance. Bull; Brass band concerts at the gazebo on the waterfront most Sunday evenings. Bull; The Chester Yacht Club. Is famous for its regattas. Bull; Tennis, sailing, boat charters, bicycle rentals, sea kayaking or a round of golf at the Chester Golf Club. Bull; A local ferry runs to Tancook Island,. 5 miles offshore several times daily - a great way to spend the day. And then there are the restaurants and pubs. On the waterfront is a popular watering hole.
