So we had a private inspector come inspect the house today to make sure there wasn't any major issues before we closed on Thursday. A couple of things the inspector noted was a lightswitch that would not turn off all the way, and blown insulation in the A/C / Furnce drain pan, which could cause a clog. Other than that below are a handful of things I came across:. Pin holes in the bathroom grout.

Wifey decided to get up all in that hoe. ;-) see what I did there. Lol. Not the brightest people in the world. I guess one on the socket wires got loose so the drywall guys just poked a hole through the sheetrock and let the wire dangle. Looks like it got corrected. Shower prepped for tile. Tub is also prepped for tile. Wifey gets in a box.

Settle in Rome - A Home by Ryan Homes. Saturday, March 14, 2015. 14 March 2015 - Day 88 - A broom and some chit chat. Another day shot due to the heavy rains we had today. We ran over to Lowes this morning to inquire about blinds, and schedule delivery of the Washer/Dryer and Fridge for the day after closing. We've been postponing delivery since we purchased them on Black Friday. BTW: Lowes is offering 25% off on certain custom blinds till 25 March. Finished granite and a broom awaiting to meet the floor.

The one issue we found out is that the counter-top installers cracked the piece of granite that is supposed to connect the breakfast bar to the counter-top. basically a granite back-splash that goes behind the sink. Our Venice in PA. Sunday, January 22, 2012. We have a foundation! We were so surprised to pull into our future cul-de-sac yesterday and see the foundation rising above our lot at the end of the street! Our PM told us that, weather permitting, they would pour it Thursday and Friday, but I just figured that it was going to be too cold for the cement to cure. It really feels like this is moving so fast - much faster than I ever imagined! Saturday, January 14, 2012. We had two exciting things happen yesterday.
