Tuesday, February 28, 2012. A new ring for my left hand. Well ever since the break up my left hand has been missing wearing a ring. I had been thinking about treating myself to a new ring to wear for some time. A few weeks ago I remembered that my friend Caroline from work makes rings! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Baby Blanket and Natalie's Lasagna. I know I have been slacking on blog posts lately. But I blame grad school and it being the end of the semester! I only have one more week of classes and only one final! So excited for the semester to be over! Ok on to what this post is about. The baby blanket is finished! Well I have been making it for several years but this is the first time since I started this blog I have made it. I made "Baked" Potato soup the other night for my parents and they LOVED it! It is so super easy! 6 Large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 1 large onion, chopped (about 1.5 cups). 3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth with roasted garlic (or vegetable broth). Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Personal Space Camp and Superflex Game. Man on man this has been a crazy semester! I can't believe how fast the time is going. Sunday, February 9, 2014. 5 months of Grace. Happy 5 months my sweet girl! What a fun month this has been with you. Mommy's milk is still her main food, but we ended up starting solids this month! She just all of a sudden seemed interested in our food, and we thought, what the heck? You want me to do WHAT with that spoon? Bedtime has moved from 5 or 5:30 to 5:30 or 6. Woot! Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Our sweet girl, Grace Katherine, is here! Born on Saturday 9/7/13. 6lb 5oz. She came almost two weeks early which we were thrilled about! We are loving our sweet girl. She is just doing so great. Jonathan is adjusting well too and is a great big brother. This series of photos cracked us up as we were taking them. Just checking to make sure she's ok.
