How our thoughts govern how we feel. Bereavement information, Education and Training. A community service initiative by InvoCare. Helping grieving people is not about finding ways to take their grief away. Your role is not to:. Stop them from talking about it. Keep their mind off it. Encourage them to be strong and brave. I can’t change the things in my life that are outside my power, but I should work on discerning what is and isn’t within my ambit and dealing with it. So what made me smell the roses instead of the garbage? Links to this post.

How our thoughts govern how we feel. Bereavement information, Education and Training. A community service initiative by InvoCare.
