Thursday, March 12, 2009. 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh, frozen or canned - drained). 1/2 cup brown sugar. Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with nonstick coating. Thursday, March 12, 2009. 1 (15 oz) can evaporated milk. 4 chicken bouillon cubes. 1/2 stick of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together in any size slow cooker. Prep 10 minutes; Cook 40 minutes; Serves approx. 4. 1 cup coarsely crumbled tortilla chips. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR cooked turkey. 1 can (15 oz) cream-style whole kernal corn. 3/4 cup Pace picante sauce. 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Chopped green pepper OR red pepper. Layer crumbled chips, chicken, corn, and picante sauce in 1 quart casserole dish. Top with olives and cheese. Cream cheese; dessert.

Thursday, April 2, 2009. Dog Food Chip Dip. 1 onion, chopped. 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup. 1lb Velveeta cheese, cubed. 4 oz chopped jalepenos (to taste). Brown onion and ground beef in large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Drain, then decrease heat to medium. Add soup, cheese, and jalepenos. Cook until well blended - about 10 minutes. A Family of Four. Friday, January 16, 2009. It has been a long, colddddd, week and I am so thankful it is Friday! We don't have a super packed weekend which is great. Tonight we are going to go watch Fireproof (a movie) at church (provided our sitter still wants to come over (Grandma) who is, along with the rest of us, sick with colds.) It is supposed to be a great movie about marriage. And it's free! One of my friends from college has also been going to LifeHouse and she and her Mom are going to go too.

A Family of Four. Monday, October 27, 2008. HC Trick or Treat Street. At the bowling she bowled a strike with her first try! She also did well with. Bowling at the YWCA's Enchanted Forest.maybe she has a future in bowling? We hadn't planned on entering the costume contest but so many commented on her costume that we put her in it! Our little pirate won 2nd place for her age group! 1st place went to a baby about Ryan's age in a bug costume, it was adorable, he had like 10 legs coming out of the costume!

A Family of Four. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. We just had photos done of the kids this past weekend and they turned out great! A friend of mine, Abby. Has just started doing them and she did a fantastic job. Here is a link to view the photos. I always dread getting pictures taken because I get anxious about how the kids will do. As you can see we didn't get Ryan to smile, but I kind of prefer the serious look on him because that is Ryan a lot of times! Abby said every picture of her was perfect!

Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Grandma's Orange Supreme Salad. 1 3 oz. orange jello. 1 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding. 1 3 oz. cook vanilla pudding. 2 cups hot water. 1 can mandarin oranges (I used 2). Small carton cool whip. Combine first 4 ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbley, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in oranges and cool whip. Chill. Thursday, April 2, 2009.
