2009年11月，吉林大学与中国银行签订了 吉林大学与中国银行 “校园一卡通”项目合作 协议，从此开始了吉林大学“校园一卡通”建设工作。 目前，“校园一卡通”一期项目建设已经完成，“校园一卡通”总体运行良好。 在平台建设中，完善了“校园一卡通”数据中心的建设，加强了财务管理，统一了财务结算，规避了我校现金流动风险，基本实现了“以卡代币”、“以卡代证”、“一卡在手，走遍校园”的建设目标。 在确保“校园一卡通”稳定、安全运行的基础上，不断扩大“校园一卡通”应用范围、完善系统功能、强化系统软件升级。 扩大了“校园一卡通”应用范围，建设了大学城学生浴池、和平校区学生浴池“校园一卡通”智能水控系统，其他校区学生浴池的“校园一卡通”智能水控系统将按照计划逐步实施建设，建设了北区八舍“校园一卡通”餐饮消费系统并投入使用。 启动了“校园一卡通”二期项目建设，加快了“校园一卡通”项目建设步伐。 2014年我们积极主动和中国银行沟通协调，构建“校园一卡通”银校合作，目前，银校双方签订了 吉林大学与中国银行“校园一卡通”二期项目合作协议书。
