Puttin' on the Mitz…travels through Spain, France and The Netherlands. Friday-Monday, November 16-19. We had seen some of the nightlife in Amsterdam. Looking forward to seeing this unique city in the daylight. Our journey continued on foot toward the Hermitage Museum. Between dodging cars, people and bicycles, we finally found the museum. Wait! Once Barbara got settled in her room, we took a taxi to La Rambla and walked the now familiar wide avenue with it’s vendors, shops, restaurants and bars. I was determined to have paella and sangria for dinner. Mission accomplished, but the paella wasn’t nearly as good as Alfredo’s. Considered Gaudi’s finest work) and Parc Guell.
