The lavender we produce, lanadula x intermedia, (lavandin in French) is a crossbreed between two wild forms of the plant, (lavandula angustifolia and lavandula latifolia). It is distilled in the traditional way by which the water content is extracted leaving the essential lavender oil. The flowering period begins in mid June. Harvesting and distillation take place in August. Use a few drops :. In water for a relaxing bath. In a diffuser to perfume the house.
