Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Bear Mtn - Race Report. North Face Endurance Challenge: Bear Mtn 50K. Overall Difficulty 5/5 stars. Technical Difficulty 5/5 stars. Elevation Change 4/5 stars. Scenery 5/5 stars (right.see first two rating to see why you wouldn't have a chance to notice the scenery, :). Joanne and I prerace. Tuesday, June 11, 2013. First I have to say I am really loving running again. Last week I finally got back up over 80 miles and I am hoping for the same this week. I love when my legs get to a point in training when they just love the miles. Now onto my real post :):. AND then. a group of my friends wanted to get into running. Yay! The lunch helpers help serve food, help the younger kids with their lunches, and clean up the tables after groups come through. Nate and Nile both had sports practices tonight so Novak and I were home alone. In all honesty I was desperate for something to entertain him as we had just returned from our vacation. I feel like I have been in full Novak mode all week. He has been in close proximity for much of the last week and I was tired.

Sunlight on your bed. The Ryerson Family Blog. Thursday, June 25, 2015. Portland Vacation Day 2. On Tuesday, we decided to just stay in the city and explore a little bit on foot. We started with a run in Forest Park. This park has 80 miles of trails - talk about a running and hiking paradise! The pictures don't really capture how beautiful this place is. The trees are dark and the shades of green are so beautiful. It was also 58 degrees - perfect for running. The main trail/road has nicely marked miles.
