Sunday, May 30, 2010. Trippy Taco and Vegetarian Sausage Rolls. On Sunday I spent the day pottering in my kitchen preparing meals for the week. I made a Carrot Soup, some Dahl, and the vegetarian sausage rolls from Where's The Beef. I ate the tofu burrito last time I visited TT and found it a bit much too. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Cumulus Inc - disappointing :(. Just a quick post. Had a friend down from Brisbane over the weekend and at the last minute we decided to go out for dinner on the Saturday night. We were limited to places that didn't accept bookings, and so the toss up was between Cumulus Inc and Mamasita. Monday, June 28, 2010. As my brother and his girlfriend are also vegetarian, I decided to take them to Enlightened Cuisine on the Saturday night they were here. The fact that its BYO was also a big drawcard for us (nothing like siblings catching up over a boozy meal! We had to take 2 trams in order to get there, and on a cold windy and wet night it felt like a bit of a mission, but one that totally paid off. Sweet and Sour Pork. For the love of cheese…. Recipe: Cheddar and Red Onion Omelet. December 19, 2011. This recipe is by Angela Henery (@AngelaH57 on Twitter). A very hungry man appears in the kitchen, and I suggested an omelet as a quick and tasty option! 1 oz Cheese (Grated). Medium sized Red Onion. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, season with black pepper and whisk. Put oil in frying pan and heat. Add the eggs (again agitate the pan to spread the egg out evenly) and after few seconds sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
