Jul 13, 2011. Love at Last Sight by Kerry and Chris Shook- Book Review. I FINALLY finished Love at Last Sight subtitled 30 days to grow and deepen your closest relationships. It's a cool book because you go through this 30 day "program" where you even have daily homework. I think that's why I was so excited about it, I like homework:). Jan 22, 2010. Poor Man's Crab Cakes. So, I was watching a re-run of PSYCH. The other night and Sean made Crab cakes with Coriander and Dill and I got to thinking.Mmm.this sounds good but I can't afford lump crab meat today so what can I do? So, I made TUNA CAKES with Dill and Cilantro! Tuna Cakes with Dill and Cilantro. 2 eggs(for a healthier version 1/2 cup of egg beaters). 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use fat-free mayo). Sep 13, 2011. The Chocolate Diaries by Karen Linamen - Book Review. The Chocolate Diaries" by Karen Scalf Linamen was a refreshing and inspiring book. I really enjoyed getting to know Karen through this book. I will definitely be picking up other books that she has written. This book came at a great time in my life. I had battling the blues and this book was uplifting and encouraging in so many ways. I love that I was able to really relate to the personal reflections that Karen shared. It is a GREAT READ!

Mar 11, 2010. I made Focaccia bread for the first time yesterday and I was really happy with how it turned out.After the bread was done, I sliced it half and made Italian inspired sandwiches:. A layer of basil parmesan pesto on the inside of each piece of bread. Smoked turkey deli slices. Then I sliced the large sandwiches into smaller ones.
