http://mrsredboots.blogspot.com/2015/05/waiting-on-god.html
Sermons preached from September 2008 onwards. Earlier sermons (from January 1999) can be found here. Annabel Smyth's Home Page. Sunday, 17 May 2015. I didn't record the children's talk. Please scroll down for the podcast of the main sermon. Children's talk: What are you waiting for? I wasn't very good at waiting for it to be Christmas, or waiting for it to be my birthday. I always used to peek at presents, to try to guess what they were. Of course, people who are good at waiting never. Peek, do they?
Annabel Smyth's Sermons: Talents and Calling
http://mrsredboots.blogspot.com/2015/06/talents-and-calling.html
Sermons preached from September 2008 onwards. Earlier sermons (from January 1999) can be found here. Annabel Smyth's Home Page. Sunday, 14 June 2015. This is a very special occasion, isn't it? It's such a rare thing – far too rare – that we commission a Local Preacher on to the Full Plan. And it's a wonderful thing when it happens, when the Church acknowledges that not only has God called Felicia to this wonderful work, but that she has worked as hard as she could to prepare herself. Indeed, it is –.
Annabel Smyth's Sermons: Goliath and the Storm
http://mrsredboots.blogspot.com/2015/06/goliath-and-storm.html
Sermons preached from September 2008 onwards. Earlier sermons (from January 1999) can be found here. Annabel Smyth's Home Page. Sunday, 21 June 2015. Goliath and the Storm. Well, these are two very familiar stories that we have just heard read, aren't they? Anyway, Goliath was rather terrifying and none of the Israelites felt able to stand up to him. And, of course, when he gets there, he hears all about Goliath's challenge, and the reward the king has put up for defeating him – a big financial rew...

Annabel's Travelblog: April 2015
http://mrsredbootstravelblog.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
The journal of an occasional traveller. Monday, 27 April 2015. It's a long time since I have caught a bus from Wimbledon station to Merton Abbey Sainsbury's, but it hasn't changed! Then I arrived at the bus stop just in time for a 155, which took me as far as Clapham Common. I was very amused to notice that as we passed Tooting Bec and Balham, the shops got progressively posher and posher as we moved towards Clapham! Mrs Redboots (Annabel Smyth). Friday, 17 April 2015. He said, but I lifted him down anyw...

What I've just said. My Life on (and off) Ice. Jul 22nd, 2007 at 6:38 PM. Yay me, for I have a brand-new shiny laptop! Which is a Fujitsu Siemens, and very nice too. However, it is Windows Vista, and I haven't yet made friends with it, and can't yet find the other computers on our domestic network. And I am not yet used to typing on my lap. 10 said something Reply to this. Jul 22nd, 2007 06:33 pm (UTC). I NEED my Zoo Tycoon! Jul 22nd, 2007 07:22 pm (UTC). And I need my Solitaire Suite! Wednesday skate and other clevernesses - My Life on (and off) Ice
http://mrs-redboots.livejournal.com/114458.html
What I've just said. My Life on (and off) Ice. Wednesday skate and other clevernesses. Jul 25th, 2007 at 12:38 PM. Leapt out of bed this morning to see whether I still had my Visual Liturgy to put it on my new computer. But I don't, only an upgrade pack. So I don't quite know what to do - a new copy would cost 125, which I really can't afford just now. Those of you on my f-list who are, or whose spouses are preachers, what software do you/they use, if any? I do use it enormously, but is it worth 125?

http://mrsredbootstravelblog.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
The journal of an occasional traveller. Monday, 30 March 2015. The Ideal Home Show. I seem to have been hibernating rather, but the clocks have gone forward and Spring is just about here, so it's time to be up and about again. And today I decided to take myself to the Ideal Home Show. One of my favourite events in the calendar. I don't go every year these days - can't afford to - but I do love going when I can. Annabel's Travelblog: Lemonade by the river
http://mrsredbootstravelblog.blogspot.com/2015/06/lemonade-by-river.html
The journal of an occasional traveller. Friday, 19 June 2015. Lemonade by the river. It took about an hour to get to Richmond, the bus going via Wandsworth (I see the old Arndale Centre is now rather poshly called Southside! Putney, Mortlake, East Sheen and finally turned off the South Circular to arrive in Richmond. We got out at the bus station, which was only about five minutes' walk to the river. As suggested on the maps, we walked to the middle of the bridge to look at the view:. Eleanor, Day 3.

http://mrsredbootstravelblog.blogspot.com/2015/07/warwick-and-coventry.html
The journal of an occasional traveller. Wednesday, 8 July 2015. Then we drove on to Coventry to visit the Cathedral there, and to meet the Canon Pastor, whose blog is called Good In Parts. She was busy, so we spent a very happy half hour wandering around the Cathedral and taking pictures. There will be more pictures on my Facebook page, for those who are friends there - these are just a sample. When the Canon was able to join us, we wandered round the Ruins (always capitalised! On being idle! - My Life on (and off) Ice

What I've just said. My Life on (and off) Ice. Aug 23rd, 2007 at 8:14 AM. I finally bought a wireless adapter for the laptop, its inbuilt one having demised the second time I tried to use it. Annabel's Travelblog
The journal of an occasional traveller. Wednesday, 29 July 2015. We ended up spending the first night outside the Daughter's home in east London! We did try to book into the Lee Valley campsite, but couldn't get an answer from them, and by the time we had filled it with water, installed the gas, discovered how to get hot water, brought the loo into use, and so on, we were exhausted. So we pulled all the curtains and clambered into what proved to be an incredibly comfortable bed! The Boys appeared just as...
