Classic Rock Baby: March 2007
http://classicrockbaby.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 29, 2007. Tonight I was heading into the grocery store and I saw this older lady helping her mom get into a car. Seeing their interaction reminded me of my mom and grandmother. My grandmother passed away 2 weeks ago yesterday. She was almost 93 and had a long, healthy life. She was a strong Christian which makes some aspects of this easier. We had a super relationship. I have been doing just fine with it, but what I saw caught me off guard. I miss her for my mom. Was born, she said " Ok.

Here at Our House: June 2008
http://hereatourhouse.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Here at Our House. At home with the Ellisons. Monday, June 30, 2008. A whole new world at our house. In an effort to build our savings account, Scott and I are taking a good hard look at our budget, seeing where we can make cuts. We have also seen some areas where we need to alot more money. . But today I wanted to write about one of the more drastic spending changes we have made. We are discontinuing our internet. Completely. Tomorrow. So even though I am very unsure how this will work, I am so tha...

Classic Rock Baby: Classic Rock Babies
http://classicrockbaby.blogspot.com/2009/05/classic-rock-babies.html
Friday, May 1, 2009. Yes, Classic Rock Babies. CRB. Is going to be a big brother this fall. I am still not quite sure how this happened. I did see those after-school specials, so I do *know* but I still don't quite understand. Perhaps it is the years of fighting the unexplained infertility diagnosis, but this whole thing seems quite surreal, even as I feel this baby kicking, and as strangers comment on my tummy. 1 Stopping taking those pills about 4-5 months prior to conception. 2 God's sense of humor.

Living with a Labradoodle: The Past and the Desire to Relive It
http://livingwithalabradoodle.blogspot.com/2008/08/past-and-desire-to-relive-it.html
Living with a Labradoodle. Tuesday, August 19, 2008. The Past and the Desire to Relive It. I guess there are a few reasons I have had this on my mind. The first being that I pulled out a scrapbook from college a couple of weeks ago to help settle a debate among my college friends on Facebook. To see the house totally empty a couple of weeks ago was sad. I haven't lived there in almost five years, but it holds a lot of memories from the time I was a little girl until now. It's hard to think that t...I wis...

Living with a Labradoodle: FREEDOM!!
http://livingwithalabradoodle.blogspot.com/2008/09/freedom.html
Living with a Labradoodle. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Last November I decided it was time for me to move on to a new job and a new city. With good timing, the Lord and some good friends on my side it all worked out. In February I quit my old job. In March I started my new one and shortly thereafter I moved and sold my old house. But now, FINALLY I have my freedom. My contract runs out today and no one has mentioned renewing it. AHHHHHHH. I am so excited! But I assure you that will not be a problem....

Living with a Labradoodle: 30... years old that is
http://livingwithalabradoodle.blogspot.com/2009/01/30-years-old-that-is.html
Living with a Labradoodle. Thursday, January 15, 2009. 30 years old that is. Last week I turned 30. I absolutely love birthdays and this one was no different. It was spent with good friends and family and it was shared with others who wanted to be there but couldn't. Even though gifts are not what a birthday is all about I got some great ones. My aunt surprised me with balloons on my mailbox. Leslie. Bought me a great North Face jacket and even delivered. To my house (over an hour away from her house!
