Sunday, 8 March 2015. So for the fourth time this winter me and my little family have a cold! Were pretty much zombies! There is one upside to getting the flu four times this winter. Ive become a pro at dealing with it. I find that a hot flannel laid over my face helps with congestion and temporarily relieves my headache.
