Sobota, 2 sierpnia 2014. Udało mi się dorwać na szczęście internet więc dodaję wczorajszy bilans:. Kanapki z szynką - 200 kcal. Jabłko - 50 kcal. Ryba z ziemniakami - ok. 300 kcal. 3 ciastka - 90 kcal. Wczoraj jakoś szczególnie nie ćwiczyłam, bo porzucałam trochę oszczepem (ręce mi prawie odpadły). Ale wieczorem poszłam na basen i było naprawdę super! Wszyscy mieli super zabawę i dzisiaj znowu tam idziemy. Dziękuję za komentarze :) Teraz biorę się za wasze blogi :*. Sobota, sierpnia 02, 2014.
