Waverly, TN to Demopolis, AL. Sept 30 - October 8. Walter Muff, D. R. Zaccone. 9/30 Arrived at Cuba Landing Marina via Nashville. Did cleanup and shared courtesy van with 4 boaters from Chicago for dinner at the Log Cabin Restaurant. Catfish was again the entree of choice. 10/7 A cold front passed during the night yielding 52 degree temperature in the morning - a bit brisk for this time of year! 10/8 A cold 38 degree morning as we head for the airport in Meridian, MS for a weeks break.

Panama City to Longboat Key. Nov 6 - 30. John MacDonald (13), Solo (13A). This was another interrupted leg. Weather forced us to abandon the leg in Carrabelle on Nov 8th. I returned on Nov. 27th to complete the journey. 11/6 Left Bay Pointe Marina early, crossing? The Florida vote controversy was in full swing and all the cars had been rented by reporters and politicos who descended on the capitol. The voyage resumed with a crewless Admiral for the crossing of the Gulf and the completion of the Loop.

June 19-21, 2004. SeaBird II's shakedown cruise was from Home Port at Twin Dolphin Marina in Bradenton to Desoto Point, Upper Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg. Anchorage at DeSoto Point Saturday night and a slip at the Vinoy Marina in St. Pete Sunday night. Unfortunately I neglected to take any pictures of lower deck cabins on this trip. At Anchor - DeSoto Point. CNN at Sea First Dinner Setting. Crusin The Bridge from the Bridge. The Fishe and Bo the Boater.
