Thursday, September 18, 2008. The BEAR that he loves so much and cries for when we take it away- He gave it to the nurse. How sweet is that? In his own way he was telling the nurse that he forgave her for pricking him. Oh I love that kid. Posted by Myers Family on the Go. Here are a couple of observations that I have had about Jake and his first year in the world. It looks like he is going to be left handed (just like his Uncle Adam). He will eat anything as long as he can pick it up like a big boy.

Bobbie Ashley Dale Devin is Good! Thursday, September 3, 2009. Well, another week has gone by too fast for me. Dale celebrated his 44th birthday on Sunday. We had a nice dinner with his mom and dad and some great friends. Devin put on a skateboard "show" in the driveway! Thank God for helmets. Just hanging out today.my hubby is cooking breakfast. Bobbie Ashley Dale Devin is Good! Tuesday, September 8, 2009. He "spoke" to me. I read the phrases in a friend's blog earlier today that really resonated with me. She wrote "What am I doing? What am I supposed to be doing? Am I really getting it? Give me a sign? What is my purpose? Why am I here? I kept expecting a voice, a vision, something to answer my questions. Instead, I arrived at the post office with no answers. Next on the play list was Held by Natalie Grant. This is one of my favorite songs!

Thursday, February 17, 2011. So, I know it's been FOREVER since I've updated the blog. I am really sorry about that. I don't see how moms of two or more kids keep up with their blogs - they are my heroes! Lucas is almost 9 months old and I am just now feeling like I may. Have my head above water. So - isn't it a shame that this kid never smiles? Eating food for the first time. Daddy always makes me laugh. Papa makes me laugh a lot! Lucas really liked playing with the wrapping paper at Christmas this year!

From our kitchen, to yours. Friday, February 3, 2012. Goes great with falafel, or even just as a sandwich spread. 1/2 T lemon juice. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat of a knife, and remove the skin. Then mince the garlic very fine. Add a pinch of salt, and using the flat of the knife again, scrap and press the garlic against the cutting surface to make a very smooth paste. It's making this paste from the fresh garlic that gives aioli its intense garlic flavor. Pita Bread: Bread Machine. 1 t olive oil.
