Sunday, July 8, 2012. It is so nice to see change result from focus. I have been diligently doing weight watchers for 2 and 1/2 weeks now and have seen a total of 7lbs lost. The initial loss of 5 pounds after the first week was a combination of being off birth control pills and starting weight watchers but I will take it! We are so close to crawling over here and that scares me immensely! I don't think I am ready to see the little man on the move. Keep up the good work! July 8, 2012 at 11:18 PM.

When I got back I weighed myself.I was SIX POUNDS HEAVIER. I had done a series of heavy squats cleans and jerks and a particularly evil met con involving travelling burpees. Thoughts of chocolate and wine and 'Oh sod it' flew through my head. I went for a wee. I weighed myself. Again. I was 7lbs LIGHTER. It's all about ME!
