LENTIL - POTATO CASSEROLE. I love this casserole because the ingredients are ones I usually have on hand, which is handy for me since I don't drive, i.e. can't jump in the car and make a quick trip to the grocery - or other times I haven't planned ahead. 2 cups cooked lentils 1-4 qz can sliced mushrooms. 1 c cooked diced potatos 1 tsp. sage. 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. browned flour. 4 T margarine 2 c. milk. 1 onion, chopped. Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine; Add browned flour,. 1/2 lb. grated cheese.

So the first week I took my measurements like they told me and this week I went from 240 lbs. down 7 lbs to 233. Trust me it’s not easy with all these goodies people are bringing in at work.
