God had mercy on me last weekend and stopped the rain and gray skies just in time for me to run outside and set up a 30th birthday party for husband Brad and his family in our backyard. It couldn't have been more perfect! Between the oustide dining, yard games, open hot tub and the bonfire it was just as I'd hoped it to be. The rain started up again about an hour afterwards. I had to try it and I'm glad I did. I've made two batches now and we love it. We've started using it instead of sour cream because it's so rich. And I make mine with non-fat milk! Creamy Dreamy Greek Yogurt. After it has heated for the two and a half hours, turn off the crockpot and let it all just sit on the counter for another three hours.

Maya has been running and jumping and twirling nonstop so she definitely has been feeling better:) It has been so nice going to the parks again and even addy enjoys digging in the sand.
