I've become hooked on melting wax across a painted canvas and, getting beautiful random art. My store is also FINALLY open! Saturday, October 19, 2013. Two new items will be in the shop in the next 3 weeks. The first are some limited time guest soaps. Soap will still be a seasonal item in my shop but, I'm currently going to get rid of the rest of the soap base I have. The second item is wax tarts or, wax melts. You could use more, I haven’t experimented with more than 4 yet. D20 Enameled Copper Silver colors. Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Cookies Day 2: Icing and Preliminary Decorating. But some royal blue, a little red, and some pink (the secret) did the trick! Ok so let’s get to it! Confectioners Sugar 2 lbs. bag. Meringue Powder 1/3 cup 1 tablespoon. Warm water approximately 3/4 cup. Extract. I chose vanilla 2-3tsp. Sunday, January 22, 2012. Home made play dough is awesome. a bit time consuming. and if you don’t have a preservative. doesn’t last that long. BUT I think it’s a lot better than all the chemical stuff that’s in the commercial stuff. 8 Cups of Flour (all purpose). 8 Cups of Warm water. 4 Cups of table salt. 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil. 1/4 cup of Cream of Tartar. A kid who loves play dough. Wax paper or parchment paper. and Saran Wrap. Zip lock bags or containers with lids for storage. 1/8th cup = 2 tablespoons.

Thursday, April 26, 2012. Waste not, want not! Also since I needed different shades of green. I just continued to add blue to make it darker and then yellow to keep it in the green family. These are your Candy Coloring Gel. I do not know if concentrated Food Coloring will work. I have not tried it yet. but it comes four to a pack. Red, Orange, Yellow and, Blue. Monday, November 5, 2012. It's been a very long time since I've posted. Sorry for that but, I have been insanely busy. This one is short and simple. I've never had monkey bread but, I love the show "Psych" and, they've mentioned it once or twice. So when I opened up my Auntie Anne's pretzel at home kit and, saw monkey bread, I thought "forget the pretzels! So here we go! 8226; auntie Anne's at home pretzel kit or a recipe for pretzel dough. 8226; 1 stick of butter (melted). 8226; large bowl for mixing.
