As a child, I never knew what I wanted for Xmas. As a result I always got stupid presents that I never played with. Since my 20s I spent some Xmas with my family, and others away from them .

Since things were not going to happen, I had to do things differently. 1 My new paleo lifestyle suits me. I’ve be on a strict paleo diet since last Tuesday (with the exception of Sunday lunch). It was tough at first not to have anything sugary when I felt hungry, so I sticked to one piece of fruit a day. After 10 days here are my findings:. I have lost about 3kg.
