일상 생활, IT, Apple 그리고 음식들. 전북/군산시] ‘빈해원’ – 중화요리전문점. 군산에서 매우 유명한 중국집입니다. 60년 넘게 화상분이 운영하신 곳입니다. 빛과 그림자라는 드라마에서 주인공들이 주로 모이는 장소로 많이 나왔다고 하네요. 일단 화상분들이 운영하시고, 들어갔을 때 중국말이 나온다, 그리고 중국화교 스타일의 인테리어이다. 이렇다면 중간 이상은 가는 중국요리집이 틀림없습니다. 저는 작년에 이어서 두 번째 방문하는 곳 입니다. 먼저 간짜장입니다. 빈해원의 경우 춘장의 맛이 매우 독특합니다. 아마 어디에서 사오는 거 같지 않고 직접 춘장을 만들거나 특별 주문을 하는 것 같습니다. 좀 씁쓸한 맛이 나면서 향이 진합니다. 간짜장 스타일은 제가 좋아하는 스타일은 아닌 물이 좀 있는 스타일입니다. 이건 취향차이니까 따로 말할 이유가 없겠지요. 다음에 군산에 가게 된다면 분명 또 갈 음식점 입니다. 전북/전주시] ‘남노갈비’ – 물갈비전골전문점. 독일에서 네스프레소 캡슐 직구. 요즘 대부분...
