February 27, 2011. 他的一个团队理论很有意思，把公司里的人分成四类 Entrepreneur (E), Producer (P), Administrator (A) and Integrator (I). 简单说来，Entrepreneur是靠视野驱动的，产生最早的idea, 并且向大家sell这个idea, 然后把大家召集在一起共同朝那个idea努力的。 Producer是具体做事的，非常task oriented的人，是the person who get shit done. 在一个公司里， Producer一般都负责产品，服务，运营之类。因为通常E, P, A都有非常强的opinion，需要有Integrator能从中调和，保证公司正常运转。 I说我想知道E, P, A都是怎么看这个dirt的。当然有的时候有的人是同时可以做这两个事情的，所以把E,P,A,I看成skillset而不是具体的人可能更准确。 One Comment on “Bill Gross的团队理论”. I think it is a pretty successful one. Lots people with different background showed up (like Engineering, Business, Medicine, Communication, Design, Investing, Non-profit, etc.).
