Marketing, musings, and the future. How Big Data Will Lower Costs and Advance Personalized Medicine. Datafication could change healthcare. Have been industry buzz terms for quite some time, but while it’s widely known there are correlations between the two, many are still struggling with how to effectively leverage mass amounts of data in order to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and advance patient-centric treatments. Words, Wanderlust, and Daydreams by k.c. o'leary. September 7, 2012. Here’s a post that I read today that resonated with an issue I’ve been dealing with: Character Development! Hope you all find this helpful, too! The Writer Within You. This wasn’t getting me anywhere, so I considered researching personality types. I came. Children's lit writer, artist and restless suburban dweller. Lover of chocolate and naps! View all posts by kcoleary ». Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Snarky in t...

The Art of the Letter | Blossom

Words, Wanderlust, and Daydreams by k.c. o'leary. The Art of the Letter. January 9, 2013. Who can honestly deny that they still feel a little jolt of something – dare we call it happiness? When we find, buried amidst the piles of bills and junk mail, a handwritten letter? The art of the letter was once exactly that. An art form. A crafted piece of someone’s creativity and imagination, put on paper that reflected the style of the person signing their name. View all posts by kcoleary ». One response ».

Words, Wanderlust, and Daydreams by k.c. o'leary. Lies, bribes, threats, and tears. September 4, 2012. Our daughters have been homeschooled for the last four years. This year, we all decided that it might be a good idea to try public school – for an adventure, to compare the two types of schooling, to broaden their horizons a bit, to give mom a much-needed break and some time to re-invent herself and her goals. Our day began at 6:30. Until, I saw her watery eyes. School is a ton of fun! The art teacher i...

Is it still Monday? | Blossom
https://kcoleary.wordpress.com/2012/10/23/is-it-still-monday
Words, Wanderlust, and Daydreams by k.c. o'leary. Is it still Monday? October 23, 2012. Have I slipped into an alternate universe? Is there a bigger power out there playing jokes on me? Am I on Candid Camera? I don’t know the answer to any of those questions, but I’m starting to get extremely suspicious. This morning, I edited one last time for good luck, checked, double – checked, and triple – checked the address and hit print. Nothing. Not a peep. I checked the power cord. Plugged in and ready to go.

Stonepost Farm | A suburban adventure, by k.c. o'leary | Page 2

A suburban adventure, by k.c. o'leary. From ram to wether in forty-three seconds. The ram took it like a champ. Not a peep. What had I done? Yep You guessed it. Castration. What has become of me? Not so long ago, I was happy planting tomatoes. Now, I’ve turned into a woman who keeps animals in her barn, encourages them to feel safe and happy, and then BAM, takes them out at the knees. I think I’ll keep to female livestock from now on. Not a great photo but you get the idea! I’m beginning to see the...

That lady’s goats are loose again! | Stonepost Farm
https://stonepostfarm.wordpress.com/2012/07/18/that-ladys-goats-are-loose-again
A suburban adventure, by k.c. o'leary. That lady’s goats are loose again! I’m thankful I even saw that they were loose. I was on my way to the clothesline to hang our bedding when I happened to look up across the pasture. I saw three small black and white smudges moving around my neighbor’s back yard. Looking harder, I realized what those smudges were. The landscapers are gone. The tick checks are complete – my girls are clean. The sweat and gnats have been washed off. As for me, I’m getting pretty...
