Our Area Authority Seventy- Elder Lawrence and his wife did a mission tour. We are signing the flag. President, Elder Simmons and Kramer, our assistants, made this title of liberty. Sunday, January 16, 2011. Travis and I are doing the South Beach diet I found a lot of great recipes that I wanted to share with any of you that are doing this diet too. I love it! So these are for Phase 1. Toast-Less French Toast- so so good. 2 eggs or 1/2 c liquid egg subs. 1 dash of ground cloves. 1 dash of ground nutmeg. 1 pinch of ground cinnamon. 1 cap full pure vanilla extract. Butter and sea salt. Sugar free maple syrup. 3 once butter starts bubbling pour in egg mixture. 5 once firm it is done.

It is a blessing because we don't have time to be sad and mourn at sending home those we have grown to love. Feeding dinner to our Departing missionaries. Feeding again. Breakfast before the plane.
