Nell's Natters: November 2010
http://nellsnatters.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
The occasional blurb about nothing in general that happens in my day to day life. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Wow, another year has flown by. I have knitted a few baby blankets with another in progress. I am also crocheting a knee rug in the Dr Who theme using the leftover yarn. It is getting a little warm to continue with that one now. I think I need about 700 of my 4" QAYG hexies. I found a pattern for a hexie pin cushion. So one day I might try the paper pieced method. one day. View my complete profile.

Nell's Natters: April 2009
http://nellsnatters.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
The occasional blurb about nothing in general that happens in my day to day life. Sunday, April 12, 2009. I have recently made another new scarf. This was a free pattern I found on Ravelry. The pattern is in multiple language downloads. http:/ melusinetricote.canalblog.com/archives/2008/03/18/index.html. I made mine in a burgandy coloured yarn from Cleckeaton Country 12ply. The photo shows the scarf looking more red than it is. I might get another photo another day. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The occasional blurb about nothing in general that happens in my day to day life. Monday, February 23, 2009. Now that "The Scarf" has reached 50% I have started on my next square in the GAAA. I have too many things on the go at the moment. The last week or so I have been getting into Photo Meme's and have made a posting nearly every day. I started a new blog for this so that I can keep it seperate from my craft posts. Check out my photos at Nell's Pics. Labels: Dr Who Scarf. The Great American Aran Afghan.

Nell's Natters: Little Hexies
http://nellsnatters.blogspot.com/2011/01/little-hexies.html
The occasional blurb about nothing in general that happens in my day to day life. Sunday, January 16, 2011. I've always steered clear of hand sewing, not even taking joy in stitching up knitted projects. It was a real step for me to start the QAYG hexagons a few years ago and I still have only 70 made! After searching for hexagons on the internet I discovered many blogs and spent hours reading them. One in particular The Great Hexagon Quilt-Along. View my complete profile. Nell's Natters: March 2009
http://nellsnatters.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
The occasional blurb about nothing in general that happens in my day to day life. Sunday, March 15, 2009. Finished Dr Who Scarf. I finished the scarf a couple of days ago then spent forever sewing in all the loose ends from the colour changes. The tassells were completed this morning and hey presto, it's done! I did less stitches so it wasn't too wide for me, 10 inches, and used a smaller needle (3.75mm) to make the length shorter. At 4'11" I did not need a 12ft scarf! Labels: Dr Who Scarf. My Photos on ...
