Court Action, Late Fees Loom. Late fees increase sharply. And the names of attorneys who have not completed all of the steps of annual licensure after Sept. 1 will be sent to the Court for possible action. By Court rule, late fees of $250 each will be levied for failure to complete the NHMCLE affidavit and trust account compliance form.
