Sunday, 14 June 2009. A new Riding type was brought to our attention today Albeit a little tongue in cheek, a mix of XC and freeride, hence the "Free-country-ride" title. Wednesday, 22 April 2009. Sun shines on the right Trails. As quick as the mud came it disappeared. Wow the last few days have been glorious sunshine and today was the best of the lot. Having spent many a Saturday gawping at it, it was time to take the bike out on demo. When riding the El Guapo down the steeper rooted sections, I couldn’t help but compare its handling with that of my Giant Glory DH. Saturday, 28 February 2009. This video hurt to edit- it has a crunching crash which still makes me gasp. At the time of course it was even more horrid to watch! It was the freeride group with Nirvana today adn I have not done it for ages but need some practice since I did "Jab in the Eye" and "Proper Beau". We started on the gap jump, Captain Underpants, and then over to Heads roll where we sessioned and sessioned the 2 gap jumps in the middle. . My reaction in words says it all!
