Call For Full Proposals (by invitation only). USGS 104B Program FY 2016 (Grant Period March 1, 2016 - February 28, 2017). FULL PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 5 PM November 18, 2015 (Wednesday). Only those investigators receiving an invitation for a full proposal are eligible to submit a full proposal.
