For Class on 10/14/2014. Between other midterms and being under the weather, production slowed this week. But, I drew this. So, that's something. I've looked into getting a sound library called "Delphi" for the composer, Jen, to work with. I still need to send the Terms and Conditions on the site to Mar to double-check that it's all good to go. Include the boy at the gate scene as the 'altar boy' for the priest. Week of September 2nd. Sept 1, 2014. Weekly updates are required, so I'll be updating this quite a bit more often than I did over the summer. I reconnected with my composer and will be sending her my revised animatic. The change from a deluge to a drought alters the feel quite a bit. Man, I have a lot of sound redesign to do, now. I'm finishing up my animatic. I ended up making A LOT of edits, but overall, I think it's improved quite a bit. Okay Updated. Boom. Proudly published with Ghost.

I did a movement test on Toon Boom Studio (the one on my MacBook). I still need to figure out how I'm going to fix the look, because I'm not a fan of the brush options in TBStudio. but this was to practice the animating bit. The sound cuts out where I dropped in the new animation - I can fix that next time I revise the animatic. I used a video as a base and rotoscoped my underdrawing just to get back in the swing of things, get a good angle for that turn (I knew I was drawing it incorrectly in the storyboard), and see if it would save some time. So, I've been stuck deciding which program I want to use for animating my project. Yoyo told me about AnimDessin, a plug-in made for Photoshop. I hadn't upgraded my Adobe software in a few years, so I decided to get Photoshop CC (I use Photoshop all the time for other projects, so it was a worthwhile/practical investment). So far, I'm sold on AnimDessin. I'll switch to Toon Boom if I encounter any major hiccups.but it seems I've found my program of choice! Proudly published with Ghost.
