By lori whitlock) kit. To start, i made three birthday cards for people at work. This card is a bonus card that was made after i sent my dt stuff to melinda. inspired by a layout i found on pinterest. Now, for the layouts. this one just makes me smile! Yeah, i'm not above a little groping to get a smile outta him.

Saturday, September 3, 2011. Kit it's stuffed full of simple stories stuff! This is the first time i've played in simple stories, and i'm in love. Live life in C. My project this month involved an old broken clock i had laying around in my one-day-i-might-use-this pile. just a cheap plastic wall clock - i painted the exterior (i recommend sanding it first, if it is a cheap plastic one, otherwise the paint scratches off VERY easy. i need to sand this THEN paint! Words to live by. Best of luck to melinda.

Sunday, January 1, 2012. January 2012 scrappy chics stuff. This month, scrappy chics. Teamed up with sketchy thursdays! Exciting stuff for me, since i'm already a HUGE fan of sketches, and i loooooove sketchy thursdays' stuff. here's the sketch! I kept pretty close to the sketch, because i felt it would highlight the photo perfectly. we had to put our dog down in december, and this sketch was perfect for my photo and the quote. I actually scrapped and didn't use a sketch for this layout!

I love how whimsical this line is.so bright and cheery. This first layout I did is of Bekah modeling a chef's hat and apron that I made for one of her friends. She's quite the model, huh?
