Orchestrate provides a simple RESTful API service that eliminates the need for developers to operate their own databases in production. Powered by best-of-breed NoSQL databases, it unifies full-text search, social graph, key/value document and time-ordered event queries in a single interface, eliminating the operational and financial burden of deploying databases when both building new applications and adding new features to existing ones. Random musings and things I am working on. Tuesday, May 6, 2014. I have had the pleasure of working on a new open source project called Orchestrate.NET. This project creates a wrapper for Orchestrate. The powerful new Database as a Service that allows you to combine multiple databases into a single service and query it with a simple API. Query strings as well as add events and object graphs. To add a reference to Orchestrate.NET to your project use the package manager:. Or go to the repository on GitHub.

Random musings and things I am working on. Thursday, August 14, 2014. Project "Orleans" and Orchestrate.NET. Cloud applications are by default distributed and require parallel processing. Modern application users demand near real-time interaction and responses. Project "Orleans" is Microsoft's new framework for creating cloud (Azure) based distributed applications that meet these requirements. Based on established .Net code and practices, it brings the actor model to your toolbox. Posted by Robert Smith.

Essentially you have a language that is compiled down to CSS in a programmatic way, making it “easier” to manage things like stylesheets or other fragments. In this example I’m probably leveraging more of the Bourbon. December 26, 2014. Framework for Java to help me out with some of these things. Let me tell yo...
