Pro ana is my dream. Środa, 11 stycznia 2017. Postanowienia Noworoczne na 2017 rok. Postanowienia Noworoczne na 2017 rok:. Jeść zdrowiej, w stosunku do poprzedniego roku. Nie było źle, ale mogło by być jeszcze lepiej. Ograniczyć możliwie słodycze. W grę wchodzą głównie te zdrowe. Między innymi wegańskie ;-). Być codziennie dobrze nawodniona → pić dużo wody.
