Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Rhubarb Crisp - YUM. It's that time of year when the Rhubarb is getting ready for that first harvest. Here is a favorite recipe of mine that is E. 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 190; cup quick cooking rolled oats. 189; cup butter, melted. 4 cups Rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 cup granulated sugar. Preheat oven to 350°F. Top rhubarb with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. April 13, 2011 at 3:55 PM. Welcome to the Oregon Trail.
